What a great site, always clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The area is very good for supermarkets and a market in the town. On site the main attraction is the pool, with plenty of space to relax

Prachtig, schoon en mooi campingterrein, ook voor overwinteren. Mooie fietsomgeving met fietspaden langs de kust. Supermarkten in de omgeving.

We were fortunate to stay here at this family in June for 10 nights. First impressions are so important - the staff at reception were so hospitable, pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Pitches: Numerous in varying sizes and facilities but importantly you have a choice of completely shaded with overhead canopy or without. There are ample power and water outlets although the power is only 5amp so take care in what you have on together.
Facilities: Absolutely pristine with staff in attendance most of the day. Plenty of hot water and cubicles. Good washing area for clothes and crockery etc.
Restaurant/Bar: This is the real 'Jewel in the Crown' Open early evening with good choice of well prepared and presented food at a most reasonable price as are the drinks. We enjoyed 4 evenings there during our stay and were not disappointed.
Pool: Again kept pristine with ample sunbeds etc and lifeguard in attendance.
Location: Don't let its location at the back of an industrial estate put you off. Close to town and not too far from the beaches. Easy walk into the Old Town with good market. Well worth a visit if you enjoy strolling around same and absorbing the local atmosphere.
Beach: Platja de l'Arenel was our preference with easy free parking close by and only a few minutes by car. Several m/home users cycled there without issue.
Whilst staying here we found Bar El Paso on the outskirts of town (CV-734) and thoroughly enjoyed the 'Menu del Dia'. We would say it is a must if you enjoy a 'local eatery' It is certainly cheap and excellent value BUT take a good appetite with you, you'll certainly need it to get through the size of the portions.
Verdict: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending it to you.

De camping is dik oke. Sanitair is prima en wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een mooi zwembad met daarnaast een bar/ restaurant. Geen rood op de camping tekoop Wat ik mis bij de algemene beschrijving van de inspecteur is de benoeming van de weg er naar toe. Bij ons op 2 navigaties werden hele smalle weggetjes ernaar toe aangegeven. Niet te doen met een caravan. Op de hoofdweg borden volgen waarop de camping staat aangegeven.

Have stayed on this site several times over the years. It is always dependable for its standard and quality. Our first time here since covid, the swimming pool has been improved above its previous good level. Washrooms excellent, always clean as usual. As an old established site many of the pitches are not big enough for the caravans and motorhomes they allow to stay. It was cramped everywhere with towbars and vehicles extending into the narrow roadways. Nevertheless an excellent site, within walking distance to all pats of the town.

TROP BRUYANT
Bon accueil. Taille des emplacements un peu juste pour un camping-car de 7,50 m. Pas de séparation donc beaucoup de promiscuité. Sanitaires modernes et propres. Belle piscine. Camping pratiquement plein début Octobre. Enormément d’habitués Allemands, Hollandais et Anglais. Trop de monde et trop bruyant pour nous. Si vous aimez le calme, ce n’est pas le bon endroit. De plus, il n’y a rien à faire à Xavia, sans attrait et sans charme. Allez plutôt vers Denia, beaucoup plus joli.

Rustig gelegen camping vlakbij mooie stad

Mooie ordelijke camping, in grootte variërende plaatsen, de meesten voldoende groot. Vrije plaatskeuze met CampingCard ACSI. Wij stonden er 3 weken (laatste 2 van mei en 1e van juni) en hadden er een plaats met water aan- en afvoer, stroom 8 Amp, bodem zeer kleine kiezel. Douches heerlijk. Sanitair heel schoon, de (geheel in wit gestoken (lijken op tandartsassistentes)) poetsdames zijn meerdere keren per dag aanwezig. Was en droog faciliteit heel goed. Heel mooi zwembad (water begin 22 gr. en aan eind 27 gr.). Zeer vriendelijke receptie. Eenvoudig restaurant met terras aan zwembad. Goede wifi: 5 euro per week voor max 4 apparaten tegelijkertijd! Als je naar bed gaat, kun je in de verte af en toe geblaf van honden horen van de nabij gelegen sinaasappel telers. Dit heeft ons echter nooit gestoord. Mooie dagtrip is per boot retourtje Denia.
Geen winkeltje, brood dichtsbijzijnde bij Aldi op 400 m. Lidl en Mercadona ook niet veel verder. Haven en kiezelstrand op 15 min. lopen, maar breed zandstrand 1 km zuidelijker. Daar is de boulevard ook mooier en levendiger. Mooie golfbaan op 5 km afstand.
Laatste kilometer niet de navigatie gebruiken (zeer slechte verbindingsweg door droge rivierbedding), maar doorrijden tot je de oranje bewegwijzering van “campingjavea” tegenkomt. Wij komen beslist terug.
